Bearport Publishing and Scientific Publishing Select ACCESS™ Digital Publishing Ecosystem as Their Platform for Tablet Apps

Publishers are Creating Digital Storefronts that are Easily Discoverable by Consumers on Their Mobile Devices

The ACCESS Digital Publishing Ecosystem is a complete end-to-end system that offers publishers a turnkey service and technology solution to build and sell enhanced digital publications for mobile and tablet devices across global markets. Publishers can create a consolidated digital storefront for discovery and purchase with their own branding, allowing them to deliver book titles directly to consumers. Users can search through titles by categories and preview titles before purchase, while a virtual bookshelf allows users to quickly access previously purchased titles. The ACCESS Digital Publishing Ecosystem will be featured in the ACCESS booth (Hall 8.0 R940) at the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Bearport Publishing, which offers high-interest nonfiction books on topics that appeal to young readers, such as animals, sports heroes, and scary places, will be making their 150+ book titles available to Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade readers via an iPad® app.
