ACCESS’ NetFront™ Browser Brings Internet Browsing to PSP™ (PlayStation^® Portable)

NetFront^™Browser Integrated With PSP^™ System Software Version 2.00 Worldwide

TOKYO, Japan – September 6, 2005 – ACCESS Co., Ltd., (Tokyo Stock Exchange:4813), a global provider of mobile content delivery and Internet access technologies, announced that its NetFront mobile Internet browser has been adopted by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI), to be integrated as a new function provided with the PSP^™ (PlayStation^®Portable) system software version 2.00. The system update became available on July 27th in Japan and on August 24th in North America. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe launched the PSP^™ in Europe on September 1st, with the new system software version 2.00. NetFront browser delivers Internet browsing to the PSP^™ and allows users to take advantage of the device’s built-in Wi-Fi capability to wirelessly access the Internet from Wi-Fi hot spots.
