ACCESS Announces Major Advances for Next Generation Mobile Internet Services at 3GSM World Congress

The company also announced a key partnership agreement with HP to resell ACCESS’ Premium Content Subscription Server^™ (PCSS^®). • ACCESS Teams with HP to Bring A Complete Premium Content Solution to Mobile Operators – ACCESS’ Premium Content Subscription Server will be resold by HP as the content billing component of HP’s mobile service delivery platform. Under terms of the worldwide agreement, HP will resell PCSS as a premium content billing solution within HP’s mobile Service Delivery Platform (mSDP), and will provide integration and support services for mobile operators deploying PCSS.
