ACCESS Announces Major Advances for Next Generation Mobile Internet Services at 3GSM World Congress

Sets the Pace for Mobile Innovation by Announcing Integrated Software Solution, and Major Reseller Agreement

Cannes, France, 3GSM World Congress – February 23, 2004 – ACCESS (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 481), a global provider of mobile content delivery and access technologies, today introduced its newest major mobile solution – a fully integrated mobile suite that eases the development and deployment of next-generation multimedia mobile phones. The company also announced a key partnership agreement with HP to resell ACCESS’ Premium Content Subscription Server (PCSS®). The news furthers the company’s standing as a global leader in mobile Internet technologies and expands mobile software and content solutions for network operators and device manufacturers worldwide.

  • ACCESS Teams with HP to Bring A Complete Premium Content Solution to Mobile Operators – ACCESS’ Premium Content Subscription Server will be resold by HP as the content billing component of HP’s mobile service delivery platform. Under terms of the worldwide agreement, HP will resell PCSS as a premium content billing solution within HP’s mobile Service Delivery Platform (mSDP), and will provide integration and support services for mobile operators deploying PCSS.
