- ACCESS to Exhibit at ITU Telecom World 2006
TOKYO, Japan, – December 1, 2006 – ACCESS CO., LTD. (TSE:4813) announced today that it will exhibit and demonstrate its latest mobile software solutions at ITU Telecom World 2006, the world’s premier telecommunications and information industry conference to be held in Hong Kong from December 4 through 8, 2006.
While Telecom World to date has been held in Geneva, Switzerland on the sponsorship of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), this year’s event will be held in Hong Kong to accompany the dramatic growth of the telecommunications industry in Asia. In addition to showcasing solutions and success stories developed to support Chinese handset makers’ global strategies, ACCESS will demonstrate server solutions developed jointly by its Beijing-based group companies, RedZero and ACCESS Media Solutions. ACCESS will also exhibit a variety of cutting edge technologies—including its IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) Solution for businesses that integrate Internet viewing and messaging environments as well as audio and visual media—for global telecommunications carriers.

Along with introducing solutions for and success stories on Chinese mobile handset makers, in the spirit of this year’s conference theme, “Living in the Digital World,” ACCESS will spotlight home network solutions that link with mobile phones for the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA). ACCESS will also demonstrate the latest versions of its market leading solutions and technologies, such as the NetFront™Browser and the ACCESS Linux Platform™.
Software and Success Stories Supporting Chinese Handset Makers’ Global Strategies
ACCESS has developed versions of its NetFront Browser and other software solutions for global Chinese handset makers.
