ACCESS Announces Availability of NetFront™ Mobile Client Suite For QUALCOMM’s HSDPA Chipsets

Suite Offers Mobile Operators a Total Solution as High-End Handset Market Expands

TOKYO, Japan – February 8, 2006 – ACCESS Co., Ltd., (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 4813), a global provider of mobile content delivery and Internet access technologies, today announced that ACCESS’ NetFront^™Mobile Client Suite is now available for the Mobile Station Modem^™ (MSM^™) MSM6275^™ HSDPA chipset from QUALCOMM Incorporated. Featuring tightly integrated functionality and a modular design, the ACCESS NetFront Mobile Client Suite gives handset manufacturers a flexible and highly scalable software solution for developing advanced mobile devices quickly and cost effectively.

The NetFront Mobile Client Suite application includes the NetFront browser deployed in NTT DoCoMo’s i-mode^™ and numerous other handsets; the JV-Lite^™ 2 Wireless Edition, a Java^™platform; the NetFront Document Viewer, which enables viewing of Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel^® and PowerPoint^® documents on a mobile terminal; and the NetFront Messaging Client for email. NetFront Mobile Client Suite offers the Adobe^® Reader^™ LE as a plug-in for viewing Adobe PDF documents.
