ACCESS’ NetFront™ for Pocket PC Wins Best Browser Award from Praktiker Magazine for Second Straight Year

Selection Confirms NetFront as the Browser of Choice for Windows Mobile/Pocket PC

TOKYO, Japan – December 22, 2005 – ACCESS Co., Ltd., (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 4813), a global provider of mobile content delivery and Internet access technologies, today announced that its NetFront® browser for Windows Mobile/Pocket PC was selected by Austrian-based Praktiker Multimedia and Electronics Magazine for a Best High-End Web Browser Award 2006 in the Windows Mobile/Pocket PC category. This is the second year in a row that Praktiker Magazine has selected NetFront for Windows Mobile/Pocket PC for their Bestenliste awards program.

Located in Vienna, Austria, Praktiker Magazine is an established electronics magazine that has been in existence for 60 years. Praktiker’s test editors selected NetFront for Windows Mobile/Pocket PC as the best high-end Web browser for the Windows Mobile platform based on ACCESS’ advanced features which include support for tabbed browsing, Java, smart-fit rendering, drag-scrolling, file download and upload as well as its comprehensive support for the latest Web standards as established by both W3C and OMA.
