- ACCESS Brings Billion Deployment Market Leadership to IP&TV World Forum 2011 With Advanced DLNA, HbbTV and BBC iPlayer Solutions
IP&TV World Forum, London, — March 15, 2011 — ACCESS CO., LTD., a global provider of advanced software technologies to the mobile, beyond-PC and digital TV markets, today announced that it will demonstrate its advanced NetFront™ Living Connect 2.0 DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) solution and NetFront Browser™ DTV Profile Edition for HbbTV (Hybrid Broadcasting Broadband TV) and BBC iPlayer at IP&TV World Forum 2011, which takes place on March 22-24 in London. The solutions form an integral part of ACCESS’ NetFront™ Software Series, a software series that has been deployed in over one billion devices worldwide, including digital TVs, set-top boxes and mobile phones.

NetFront Living Connect 2.0 is a DLNA Technology Component™ solution that allows end users to seamlessly enjoy their digital content anytime and anywhere. NetFront Living Connect 2.0 is portable, has a low memory footprint and is presently the only commercially deployable DLNA software solution that includes features such as Remote User Interface (RUI) and Scheduled Recording Service (SRS) that anticipate next-generation DLNA guidelines. NetFront Browser DTV Profile HbbTV Edition enables OEMS, middleware companies and service providers to upgrade or launch HbbTV capable devices and services quickly, efficiently and affordably.
