Unifying Handset Content Management
Today, users have to access mobile content from various entry points since they are dispersed under various handset applications. NetFront Sync Solution provides a centralized data management mechanism for major types of mobile content: addresses, media files and messages and favorite links to content. Correspondingly, the user interface allows the user to view and manage “my address”, “my media”, “my messages” and “my favorites” with the same folder structure.
Seamlessly Integrating Mobile and Web Content
NetFront Sync Solution seamlessly integrates handset storage and network storage. Users will have not only unlimited storage space for all personal mobile content, but also easy access to network content. In addition users can synchronize the address book, archive and retrieve media files, backup and retrieve mobile message. This turns the mobile terminal into a powerful gateway to all his/her personal content whether it is mobile based or network based.
Sharing Personal Content
NetFront Sync Solution provides an advanced mechanism for users to share personal content, allowing direct person to person content exchange. Each user is allowed to share any of his/her personal content to a group of friends with appropriate access rules and also view and play the shared contents from his/her friends.
Expanding into Collaboration Content
Beyond personal content and person to person content sharing, NetFront Sync Solution defines various collaboration spaces for users or groups of users to store and use contents for collaboration purpose. By allowing users to define aggregated multimedia contents and freely edit elements of the contents, mobile users can effectively collaborate both in real-time mode and in asynchronous mode, supporting team work and social interactions.

Client and Server Requirements
Besides the native NetFront Sync Client that can be ported over any mobile devices, ACCESS also offers a specialized client application for Symbian, J2ME (with JSR-75) and BREW®. NetFront Sync Server is a carrier grade platform using the J2EE framework, can be deployed to UNIX/Linux®/Microsoft® Windows® servers.
